An event production company reached out to us to document the groundbreaking of an enormous facility at the Northwestern campus in Evanston. Our primary objective was to document the entire setup, such as the tent setup outdoors as well as the décor, custom glass signage and shots of participants interacting with the setup. The event started out with a large group of Northwestern Alumni attending to watch a presentation on what the building will look like and what the future holds for the University as this building will foster the beginning of something new and grand. At the end of the presentation and the speeches – select individuals are then brought up on stage and presented with shovels to take a few shots of them digging up the dirt and posing for more group pictures. Once that is over we proceeded with taking pictures of the entire crowd enjoying the amazing variety of food and décor that surrounded this massive event.

We took shots of the entire setup – 360 degrees inside as well as outside to give the event context and for the client to have archival data of what the event looked like as well as what they could possibly do to even the arrangement of flowers and seating. That evening we uploaded all the photos and filtered out all the shots so that the client doesn’t have to filter through thousands of photos and had the photos ready for viewing, download and ordering prints if needed the following morning of the marketing event. Event production companies love working with us because we go above and beyond the shot list and provide the client with shots that they can not only use for archival but for marketing, sales and proof of performance.
