OUR PHOTOGRAPHY PROCESS
Client communication process coupled with a decade of experience and high-end camera equipment sets us apart in the event photography arena – ensuring that we always deliver above and beyond our clients’ expectations.
CommunicationDiscuss all the expectations and particulars expected during the event (IE:# of photographers, attire, duration and location), what the focus is behind the photographs and draft a contract with all the details.
PhotographyArrive 10-15 min prior to contracted time with early notification upon arrival and departure. During the event – a clean yet reserved line of communication is open only with the client the entire time.
EditingAll event photographs are downloaded to our editing suite evening of for filtering out best photos (often 100+/hr), color correction, and then uploaded in high resolution JPG format to a private password protected gallery.
DistributionWithin 24 hours a link is sent with the ability to download all or individual shots as well as order prints. Client receives full rights to all images. DVD & USB drive copies are available and onsite photography distribution is available yet limited.
